Update v0.4.1a

Efficiency update, I've removed some unused or bad-working scripts and textures and reduced the size of the whole game. Also if you had any problem with application slowing down at some moments now it should not appear anymore. 

Bug fixes:

• removed a still appearing bug when you were able to bet more than you have in Craps
