Update v0.6.4a

This update is NECESSARY if you want your MewoCare work correctly. I've changed properties of the database that stores network-based ascpects of the game. If you will not update your game will start showing weird, incorrect data. 

Since there were so many issues with variables even if having correct value were working different, I've added RLD (reload) button above the reset button. It reloads the values of almost all variables so that you don't have to reset the entire progress.

Also skin drop chance repaired, added simple MOTD on the main screen.
